you say the deadline in Pennsyvania has passed

Can you provide a link to verify that claim? All the news stories say the deadline for asking for a recount in PA is this Monday? Are they wrong? Haven’t seen any report that says anything different

Outside of the mandatory recount triggered by a threshold of 0.5% here are the rules in PA:

The PA Constitution says that voters can petition individual county election boards for recounts. Candidates themselves have no standing in that process. Stein can not use that avenue.

All other petitions for recounts, including those from candidates, must go through the courts. The last day for a court decision is 20 days after the election. That is Monday. Stein will not be able to simply ask the Secretary of State for a recount.

She filed in WI because it's the easiest state of the three that the Clinton Global Crime Family wants to cherry pick. To get a recount, in WI, only the cost is involved. In Michigan (and usually PA) you will only get a recount if you have evidence of fraud, although she might well get a liberal court to grant her request. The current PA Supreme Court is 5-2, favoring Democrats.

Politico has a very short summary here: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/recount-rules-battleground-states-2016-presidential-election-231013

Per the PA BullyPenn News: "A candidate can’t actually file for a vote recount under Pennsylvania law. Instead, they would have to challenge a county board regarding its vote computations, and a state appeals judge would have to rule that a statewide recount is necessary. That means the Clinton campaign would either have to request a recount by petition in every voting district or present a prima facie case showing voter fraud. (Prima facie is a lower threshold than beyond a reasonable doubt. A judge would just have to rule that fraud probably occurred in order to call for a recount.)"

Here is the full article: PA RECOUNT

I don't think they can prove voter fraud, but they might have a state appeals judge already agreeing to a recount. Wouldn't put it past the Stein/Clinton Cartel. Also if Stein was so interested in voter integrity then why not ask for recount in NH, or VA, or NM?

I think it's true the deadline passed. I found this -more info on site http://www.dos.pa.gov/VotingElections/CandidatesCommittees/RunningforOffice/Documents/Current%20Election%20Calender.pdf NOVEMBER 17 No later than 5:00 P .M . on this day, the SECRETARY OF THE COMMON- WEALTH must issue an order for a recount or recanvass if it is determined, based on the 27 unofficial returns submitted by the county boards of elections, that a statewide candi- date or ballot question that appeared on the ballot in every election district throughout the Commonwealth was defeated by a mar- gin of 1⁄2 of 1 percent or less . NOVEMBER 23 Last day on which a recount or recanvass ordered by the SECRETARY OF THE COMMONWEALTH can be scheduled to begin .
