I don’t know if it will be Michelle O, but I just last night opined to my wife that the next Dem nominee will absolutely be black. The tepid black turnout in this election demonstrated that the only way they can replicate the Obama turnout is with a black candidate. And, they are not going to have a chance without such a huge turnout. They have no choice now.
They will go for as much identity stutus as possible. Not just black, they will shoot for it also being a woman and/or Latino and/or homosexual and/or transgender. As much as they can.
