The GOP establishment is in a very precarious position right now. With each passing day, I see a growing likelihood of a scenario where Trump wins the White House and the Republicans lose the Senate — and the loss of the Senate is largely attributable to pissed-off conservatives and libertarians voting for Trump and casting no vote for a Senate candidate.
Very possible.
I cast no vote for Marco Rubio, although I did vote for a new Republican congressman, because he hasn’t proven himself to be a liar yet, as Rubio has.
I’m just not going to vote for someone because they are not someone else.
And I am definitely not going to vote for a blatant liar, and a person who has accomplished nothing and has no interest in the job other than using it to run for president, which Rubio will never be.
When Trump wins he should tell them to leave the GOP. Some are waiting to pull a Jim Jeffords. Make it easy for them. Bring the SCOTUS judges down to 6 by not replacing them. Shut down the gov’t? Trump doesn’t care.

That would be dumb.
It would also be dumb to win the Senate but not the Presidency.
Vote R across the board and sort it out after there is a Republican White House, Senate and House.
That is when to begin the reorganization - eg Paul Ryan removed as Speaker, assigned a broom closet office down the street etc...
