When that camera comes up in front during the first minute, the screen on the camera doesn’t seem to show the crowd behind her. So this seems a tad creative.

If you look at the video when she turns her head, it looks like a chroma-key. There is a definite area of pixilation around her shoulders, but the key is when she turns her head, there is a definite black band around her hair.

I doubt it is image enhancement. You would see more detail in her face if it were. While there is no reason to green-screen her speech, whoever is running video in the truck must be a Trump supporter.

I can’t make up my mind. The people behind her seem disconnected, but then they began singing happy birthday and she responded. I do see the blue haze around her outline, though.
