Donald Trump is filing a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the operatives caught on video admitting they were paid by the Democratic National Committee to incite violence at his rallies.
Undercover videos released by Project Veritas exposed key Hillary Clinton campaign operatives Robert Creamer and John Foval admitting they were paid to start violence at Trump rallies in order to frame Trump supporters as violent.
The videos also caught the Democratic Party dirty tricks operatives explaining how the dark money trail that funds their illegal actions runs all the way back to the DNC and Clinton campaign.
Trumps legal team believe the footage is proof the Democratic Party are guilty of the Mob Felony Act, and according to reports charges will be pressed against Creamer, Foval, John Podesta, and Hillary Clinton.
And it could get worse for Clinton. James OKeefe, the filmmaker behind the undercover videos, tweeted Donald Trump on Sunday:
In Illinois, Trump will be citing the Illinois criminal statute. The Mob action is a Class Four felony punishable by 3-6 years in prison and a $25,000 fine for each charge. When Trump brings forward the paperwork, he very well could charge anyone associated with helping, planning, organizing, or funding anyone to commit acts of violence which will include Hillary Clinton.

The money Beng passed through different entities looks like money laundering too.
And, don’t forget the RICO paet of this which the DNC and Hillary were involved in.
A Hillary White House would be a RICO enterprise.
Is this mostly symbolic? Or, is he saying he could go after team hillary for less obvious offenses?
I agree - I think in the 1990s, Bill worked for her.
News outlets will not show Trump’s ads but they might have to report the news, especially if Hillary’s name starts to get involved in these lawsuits.
And Trump knows lawsuits. better than Hillary and her “law” degree.
Discovery should be interesting.
This is the story the MSM will hate being forced to cover... this is the one that will expose democrat filth... Way to go Trump... way to go...
If I were that granny who got punched in the face by a goon hired by Podesta, I would sue the Clintons and all their people and ask for $100,000,000.
The corrupt FBI can’t stop this one...
This is good if for only that it pressures the national news media to report O’Keefe’s work.
Those that were beat up and chased suffered extreme emotional damage... haunted for a lifetime...
RICO
The media will be forced to cover it, but they’ll come up with some sort of cover for her (depending on what the noon release today says).
The media would cover for her if she ate a baby on live t.v. while molesting a girl scout.
perhaps, but PRAVDA reports what it wants to report. We are learning about this lawsuit from an Internet source, not from PRAVDA.
The point is people are starting to notice that that $$ was pay-for-play, that the media is an extension of her campaign and that she is liable.
All the $$ in the world can’t wipe stink off a turd and this turd reeks.
If $$ could stop Donald, we’d be looking at Jeb!
We need to peel off a percentage or two everywhere and she will lose.
Lots of Trump supporters were frightened away from going to his rallies for fear of being hurt. They need to sue to... we have the ‘right to assemble’ and that was trampled on by criminal democrats.

and this one
Perhaps realizing initial statements gave short shrift to the violent episodes outside of Donald Trumps rally Thursday night at the San Jose Convention Center, both San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo and the San Jose police released additional comments Friday.
SJPD initially limited its release of information regarding the violent clashes to noting an officer was assaulted and a few people were arrested.
Liccardo commended police in his original statement, but seemed to have it both ways in blaming Trump and the people who participated in assaults taking place in the streets following the rally.
I wanted to go to one until that started happening.
I’m sure there are many others who stayed home because of it.
I’m also sure they will come out on Nov 8th to vote for him come hell or high water.
