Don't like dealing with the guts on your deer? Let’s face it: gutting a deer is probably the worst part of hunting. Maybe your harvest has fallen in a location you won't be able to drag it out. Or, you're over 400 yards away from your truck. A little know how of what to cut and avoiding the guts. How many of you out there use the gutless field dressing? Why would you want or need to hide while eating your deer meat?

A human thigh would be a substantial piece of meat. But would it be best baked or as pot roast?

Exactly. If you’re getting bloody field dressing a deer, you’re doing it wrong. I had a buddy who shot a deer and called me at work. Went to his house and he looked like he survived a mass murder. Skinned his deer for him wearing a suit!!
