Perhaps such information would only be known to some one who access to information from her hacked email server accounts or had the damaging information handed to them by some insider, perhaps from Egypt or Israel.

Hillary pulled off appearing large & powerful, but behind the curtain she's a little old-person pulling levers.
Also, she may have been wearing some odd braces &/or supports on her legs. Her calves looked even more tubular than normal, and their are some strange lines under her suit.

Trump was talking about some incident at an event Hillary and him both attended, where he heard Hillary berating some campaign staffers backstage after the event. I’m guessing it had to be at the forum that Matt Lauer moderated.
I don’t remember when exactly it happened, but at one point hill was staring at the camera. She held that gaze too long. I wondered if she was focusing on something to prevent her from having an episode of some sort.

I got the impression it was something that happened backstage last night.
It was definitely the “50point” speech of last week, which she delivered straight into the camera with a blue screen behind her for the AFL-CIO. She came across as a batshit loony harridan.
When Trump said he was debating within himself to being up an issue about Hillary’s family, he was hesitating to drag Bill Clinton’s sex scandals into the debate because Clelsea Clinton was in the audience and he didn’t want to trash her father in front of her. In other words, Trump is human and has a conscience, contrary to how is portrayed as boorish and brutish. This should be spread on the net.
