If people never learned to lie, this is how they would justify cheating and stealing. In their minds they are doing good deeds, taking money the donors would otherwise ‘waste’ and putting it to use for the ‘common good’.

Keeping the total under $100 is deliberate since this is the threshold credit card companies use to determine fraud. Under $100, they just charge it back and forget about it. Over $100 and they investigate the charges. The fact that each of these victims are robbed of amounts that total in the $90 range proves they are keeping records of how much they have stolen and from whom they stole, and that is why the 4th charge is an odd number like $19 instead of $20 or $25 - to ensure the total stays under $100.

This is obviously a deliberate, orchestrated and systematic fraud. They must have some kind of spreadsheet or accounting system to track how much they have stolen and who they stole from, which would be evidence of a large scale conspiracy to commit fraud, and interstate wire fraud/mail fraud. This is no act of a rogue volunteer, no accident, no error human or otherwise. The pattern and breadth of the scheme proves it to be an intentional, conscious, purposefully thought-out crime with intent to avoid detection from any type of authority including the policies of the credit card companies. But of course, I expect that no Attorney Generals will investigate, there will be no Justice Dept inquiry, the cc companies won’t revoke charging privileges, and no FBI or FEC investigation will ensue.

Anyone that wants Hillary to get elected needs to get used to being robbed.

Perfect balance, once again couldn't find the transition from news to satire until the last line. And even then...

Good one, John.

< Some supporters of Hillary Clinton are coming to rue giving out their credit card data to the campaign. It seems that individuals who thought they were agreeing to one-time charges are discovering repeated levies on their accounts in their monthly statements. Upon inspecting her recent Visa Card statements, Carol Mahre found multiple charges amounting to $94. "On the phone they asked me to give $25, which I said was okay," Mahre recounted. "But when I looked at my bill there were three deductions of $25 and one for $19." Campaign manager Robby Mook attributed the unauthorized charges to "simple human error.
