It wasn’t a SHOE! To me, although I had to watch it several times to see it, It looked like a round metal thingy. Like a half dollar. Something of that size, not that it was a coin.
You know, I thought she was out too, while “standing” there...but her head is upright without support so I think I’m wrong.
It’s the arm/hand/ elbow position we were taught to use while walking my mother. She couldn’t use a walker because she would fall backward. We each learned to lean her against a wall or furniture to hold her there until help came with a chair

My Aunt was a supervisor at a blending/bottling plant in the San Mateo area that bottled most of the alcoholic beverages sold in northern California.
She used to spill the beans to us on which ones were real, and which were blended at her plant.
There is very little out there that is real.
There is some difference in the quality of the alcohol used for blending though.

That wasn’t fainting folks. Right from the beginning while she was just standing there, she was in seizure mode already. She was comatose on her feet. Notice how her head and neck don’t move or turn. She didn’t know where or who she was.
She almost face plants on the step of the van.
It wasn’t HOT. Today is one of the coolest days we’ve had in NY in a month.
