I think it goes back to this, many people don’t realize that in those big NE cities in those days Trump like myself probably hung out and cracked jokes at each other and everybody for that matter and we laughed like crazy often times even the guy getting cracked on.
Like Trump having a nickname for everybody I think it’s a corner thing and most people who haven’t ever been around that type of thing looks at it as a bit revolting.
One thing I do like about Trump and like myself, if I have a nickname for ya like piper Dustin or Thievin John, I’m not afraid to say it to your face and call you out on it. Yep, I guess even still at 60, I’m still looking for a fight. Funny though, and I don’t know why, but nobody ever steps up.

Everyone’s got a nickname here. We used to call my friend, whose last name was Enia, GuineuUH, :) And we were all italians!!
Most people would be shocked how little PC actually goes on in some parts of NYC (that includes Staten Island and Brooklyn.
Old school Italian and Irish couldn’t give a flying ##### about PC.
