No one has a video of Cruz Sr running from the grassy knoll. Cruz seems to protest too much. Personally I think Cruz Sr may have known Oswald, but I think any accusations of netharios behavior on Cruz Sr part is a stretch.
Cruz always makes it sound like his dad fled Castro. It sounds like his dad was pro-Castro, or at least anti-Batista. Which would explain his being with Oswald’s pro-Castro fairness to Cuba committee. Not that that means he was part of the assassination, but nobody has made that accusation.
