I'm not sure what you meant in your reply. Are you answering my question by asking me, in essence, "did you like what she said? Isn't that what matters then? I would then have to say "no. What I think isn't the issue..." I could not care less about almost every speech. My mind is made up. I know who I am voting for. I am worried about what the undecideds think. And they are getting the petty, bitchy snarky spun nonsense the guttersnipes on the professional left are giving them.

instead of "hey maybe I can vote for trump--they had some good speeches last night"...

we got the reprehensible slimeball Stephen Colbert and moosechelle's rehashed speech to distract them.

Those are two cases of someone along the way failing Trump. No one should have let Colbert near the stage. And some one let a speechwriting saboteur get the best of them.

if your reply wasn't an answer to my original question, can you please answer my question... What would be so brilliant about getting caught ripping off the wookie's speech? What is the masterstroke, as the bush bots used to say back 10 plus years ago, when ever duh-bya screwed up.

Skip Melania.

Of course you know who you are voting for

What about those we could influence?

Pick some other speaker whose message excited you and you could repeat common ground phrases.

The point is we should be influencing them, instead of them influencing us or throwing us off message.
