Time to do it JAPAN style... Word. Don't let them in; deport ALL the Moslems on our soil. Put Ann Barnhardt and Pamela Gellar in charge of deportation.

Im happy to see prominent people coming around to my position on immigration. Immigration should be based on classifying people as desireable or undesireable. It should not be based on whether they kissed the arse of some US or UN government agency and went through the motions of filling out meaningless paperwork that makes the distinction between legal and illegal.
Desireable:
-People who support and agree with the principles of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution.
-People who work and take care of their families.
Udesireable:
-People who advocate or support Sharia or other philosophies contrary to the Dec of Independence and Constitution.
-People who apply for welfare. NO IMMIGRANT, legal, illegal or refugee should be allowed to even apply for welfare. Naturalized citizens should enter a contract that they will not apply for welfare with revocation of citizenship and deportation if they do.
-Murderers, rapists, DUI drivers, Drunk and disorderly, etc.
-Terrorists, violent protestors.

Sorry Mr. Pence it is entirely Constitutional, FDR did it after Pear Harbor.

What are you going to do with all the PRISON CONVERTS? Hopefully deport them after they have served their full sentences. Prisons are one of the highest recruiting grounds they have.

Newt has it exactly right.
It remains debatable whether Sharia (the political/legal system) CAN be separated from Islam (the religious faith) --- many say they can't ---but what makes thus "religion" uniquely offensive is that Islam IS attached to Sharia.
And Sharia is not just a public ethical aspiration, on the level of "thy Kingdom come, the will be done, one earth as it is in heaven." THAT (a phrase from Christianity's most central prayer, the "Lord's Prayer" or "Our Father") is a pledge of a believer's moral behavior, not a political program.
But Sharia has 1400 years of formal jurisprudence behind it. It has been a program of political domination and conquest from Day One, and remains so. It is a legal code built for propagation by force.
People have to understand this. I think Gingrich gets it.

Strictly speaking, EVERY muslim follows sharia!!!!
It is sharia that decrees that muslims should pray 5 times a day, observe Ramadan, give a specified amount of alms, go on hajj once in their lives, etc. Without this degree of sharia, there is no islam at all. (Note that some of a muslim’s alms may be used to finance violent jihad—it all depend who is administering these funds!!!!)
If we get into “testing muslims for sharia”, that will get our government into “interfering in a religion”—i.e., Constitutional controversies that many would not want to get into!
Moreover, a moderate muslim’s adolescent or young adult child may suddenly “go radical”—”sudden jihad syndrome”. That has happened more than once!!!!
We can at least classify the muslim Brotherhood and other radical islamic organizations that are dedicated to “destroying Western civilization from within” as subversive organizations, and shut down their mosques, university affiliates, and CAiR agitators. That should pass Constitutional muster, at least with most of us!!!!

An interesting reply: From the link in the tweet:
CONSTITUTIONAL LAWIs an immigration ban on Muslims unconstitutional?
Probably not. The Supreme Court has held consistently, for more than a century, that constitutional protections that normally benefit Americans and people on American territory do not apply when Congress decides who to admit and who to exclude as immigrants or other entrants. This is called the plenary power doctrine. The Court has repeatedly turned away challenges to immigration statutes and executive actions on grounds that they discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, and political belief, and that they deprive foreign nationals of due process protections. While the Court has not ruled on religious discrimination, it has also never given the slightest indication that religion would be exempt from the general rule.
Pence is wrong.

Does that actually contain any pork? I thought it was just another snack creation made from flour and salt...maybe artificial flavoring.
Pre-cooked bacon would work though, or your choice of deli sausage samplers.
