If Trump is anything like Reagan which I think he’s capable of, then whoever is Trump’s VP will walk into the presidency blindfolded like Bush. That is why Trump cannot commit the same fatal mistake Reagan did. Bush was why the Reagan Revolution was only a speed bump on the road to ruin.
Trump will win. TRUMP, like Reagan, will be the master negotiator with Congress. The Right needs to shed the myopia and start long-term planning like the Left has been doing for decades. Trump’s VP must continue and finish the job Trump has started. I think Trump’s VP will be more likely elected in either years than a Trump relative.
I’ll be happy with either outcome. Hopefully, after 8 years of restoring America’s faith in our political institutions, replenishing our personal and national wealth, and fulfilling our educational obligations, we’ll have a electorate that’s ready to keep on being prosperous, safe, happy and proud.
