The Department of Justice has decided to file a motion that will hold over Clinton emails with her crew for the next 27 months. It's up to the courts right now, but many Americans are pissed they would even try this stunt.
Is this what Loretta Lynch's meeting with Bill Clinton was about? They don't even hide their corruption anymore. Most of our politicians are guilty of treason.
This action only proves how corrupt the Clinton's are. Republicans and Conservatives have tried, cried and begged Democrats to look at who these evil people are. Obama is willing and required by his bosses to protect Hillary at all cost. Our country is in desperate times.
A special prosecutor needs to be appointed. This is a rogue criminal administration making fools out of Americans. The Democrats are enablers for the illegal activity of this administration. How anyone could vote for any Democrat is beyond me.

Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.We no longer have any right to point an accusing finger at Mexico about their rampant corruption; Obama and Clinton have dragged the once great the United States of America down into the gutter of corruption alongside our southern neighbors.If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.
The State Department originally estimated that 6,000 emails and other documents were exchanged by the aides with the Clinton Foundation. But a series of “errors” the department told the court about Wednesday evening now mean the total has grown to “34,116 potentially responsive documents.”
My question is why? Why the delay? I hope the Judge denies the motion. The most corrupt administration in the history of the USA.
If the judge approves this, he should lose his seat. First the meeting with her husband and now this. Clearly, this administration will be corrupt before it even starts.

Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions. One has to wonder how a previous Congress might have responded to Alberto Gonzales’s endless recitations of “I do not recall.”
Congress can Remove the President
Congress can remove the head of every executive agency Congress can remove ALL of their employees
Congress can Abolish every agency they so choose
Congress can remove EVERY JUDGE IN AMERICA, including every supreme court justice.
Congress can abolish every federal court except the supreme Court
Congress can decide which cases the Judicial Branch can hear and decide
CONGRESS can Imprison ANYONE they want for any reason they so desire for as long as they wish.
Congress can declare WAR
No other governing body has even 10% of the power CONGRESS has!!

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)
If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.
Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.
Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.
Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. The reason Lynch is asking for 27 months is because that time frame would seal the Clinton Foundation documents until after the 2018 midterm elections to give the Democrats an edge to recapture the House and Senate and give Loretta Lynch time to be appointed to Ruth Bader Ginsbergs Supreme Court slot
