That’s “wether” or “wedder” as in sheep; not “weather”. The “bell wether” is the lead sheep that wears the bell. Manage it and the others follow.

Purely anecdotal information from the philly ‘burbs:
Cruz, Bernie, and Clinton signs were everywhere during the primary. I did not see a single Trump sign.
Regardless, he carried my district handily.
I suspect people have changed their public behavior due to political correctness, but in the privacy of the voting booth they will back our guy.

We hold our breath every four years for pennsyvania and fail every time. The state has a ton of Puerto Ricans and illegals that have arrived in the state the last twenty years.

Some other interesting facts about Luzerne County:
- Site of the July 3, 1778 Battle of Wyoming, a one-sided affair in which British regulars, Tories and their Iroquois Allies killed over 340 regulars, local militia and settlers, many after they surrendered.
- GOP has only 3 of 13 city council seats in Wilkes-Barre, the county seat. It has two of six state house districts and two of four state senate districts.
- County is near evenly split between two U.S. House districts, that of the 11th of Lou Barletta (RHazleton) and 17th of Matthew Cartwright (DMoosic).
- Luzerne County is the only county in the United States with a plurality of citizens reporting Polish (22%) as their primary ancestry.
- Registered Democrats (Pennsylvania is a closed primary state) outnumber registered Republicans by 59% to 32%.
- Obama carried the country 51.5% to 46.7% in 2012 and 53.3% to 45% in 2008, almost a mirror of the Commonwealth margins of 52% to 46.6% in 2012 and 52.7% to 45.6% in 2008.

Nawwww...she’ll get the same Philly precincts that voted 110% for Zerohissef and no votes for Mittens.
Like Zerohissef she don’t need to win the state just key precincts within the states...like he did in ohio...
We need poll watchers. Big time.

Luzerne county is very much like Western Pa which was very Democrat but now strongly trending even trended to the GOP. I think Luzerne has become less Democrat and the Anthracite area of which it is a part is probably following western Pa and becoming working class GOP.
