LOL, I must have been interrupted in that post. I meant to say Roger Waters of Pink Floyd fame, who was an entertainer I had no idea was a raging liberal moonbat, and I had gone to see him in concert with 10 of my friends. I know I should have had some idea, and that was on me, but boy, I was steaming the whole time, because he was using this concert as an anti-war/anti-Bush/anti-capitalism/anti-American platform, and it wasn’t like I could listen to the music and ignore that stuff, he had slideshows and movies in the background making sure you couldn’t ignore it. Since that time, I have been completely unwilling to listen to anything he had a hand in creating, it was that disturbing. Think the psychological engineering in “A Clockwork Orange”.

Possibly, that is why I was so angry years ago when a Freeper posted a thread sometime between 2006-2012, and I was completely caught off guard by the nature of the subject of that thread which was something Scott Adams had written. I know what I saw and who posted it.

I didn’t believe the veracity of it, as Scott Adams was one of my favorite cartoonists, ranking right up there with Gary Larson, but the Freeper posted a link to Scott Adams’ blog, which sure enough, had the text. You can’t find that entry on his new blog, and looking through his archived blog, which looked like the same one I recalled looking through years ago, I went year by year and couldn’t find it, but I suspect one of two things: either I didn’t look closely enough, or he removed that blog post. Honestly, reading through his entries, there is no indication other than a leaning towards libertarianism in general, and general humor that would resonate more with conservatives than liberals, so I am inclined to think he removed it.

But I know what I saw at the time was enough for me to vow not to listen to another word he said, either in comic form or blog form. I don’t do things like that lightly, and I recall it was a bitter, acid, denunciation of something that I took quite seriously at the time, possibly the war in Iraq. (During those years I had been driving to DC to stand with the DC Chapter of FR counter-protesting the Code Pinkos and Moveon.org types who set up their despicable camps outside Walter Reed, so I might have been susceptible to the kind of language he used.

I don’t generally take lightly that kind of action I did to cut something out of my life, but I will say this: I can hope it was a bad day for him whenever he posted that, which I can understand. And for this reason going forward, I am going to assume as much.

That said, my reason for posting was not to disparage a supporter of Trump.

One more thing: That woman completely and totally creeps me out, which I feel certain, is the point of those commercials...
