I grew up here and it was very culturally homogenous. but YES-technically it was always DIVERSE. My husband id fifth generation German Houstonian. His aunt grew up on Lubbock St. right next to the Houston Police Station.
Technically homogeneous and diverse are antonyms.

My hometown territory is south west Mo. I’d love to live there, but my kids, grandkids, and great grand kids are all here, and they won’t leave.
We do have a pretty cheap cost of living too.
Hate to hear that. It’s criminal the way the Government is facilitating the hordes of people arriving here with no questions asked.
