With the complete acquittal of Caesar Goodson this week, the argument being made by Maryland States Attorney Marilyn Mosby has essentially imploded. Goodson was allegedly the most culpable in the death of Freddie Gray and the one officer involved in the incident who might have been convicted on any sort of charges. There are still four more trials slated to take place, however, all of which would grind more salt into the wounds between City Hall and the police force. Should they even continue? Legal experts are weighing in on the subject and theres a fair case to to be made that Mosby should simply quit while shes behind. (AT&T News)

Mosby has no clue what ethics are.
I wish we could shake her.
She should be fired!.........but she’s protected class x2.......
Eggs actly. Dems and ethics are not familiar with each other.
Will she abandon more prosecutions?
The liberals have black lives matter types, decided to make Freddie Gray a cause that all good liberals must believe in. They must believe Gray was a victim of racism. Similar to how they made Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown were said to have been innocent victims of racism.
So, if she abandons prosecution, wouldn’t it be an admission that the charges of racism and all that just don’t apply in this situation? Can she admit that to herself and her henchmen and followers???
Not to mention Harambe.
Yep and she has the obligation to RESIGN a position she has no business having.....for the reasons you just pointed out
Mosby and ethical should not appear in the same sentence.
And SCOTUS just re-affirmed the constitutionality of AA at the University of Texas.
I have not followed the trials that closely because I thought they were a ignorant mob to begin with. However, correct me if I am wrong, but has she not just tried and lost the strongest cases? Wouldn’t the other prosecutions rely on the first successful prosecutions?
This is the problem when you are led by the mob. When you build your house (case) on a rotten foundation it will not stand and in a court of law (almost always here in the U.S.) a case with a rotten foundation will not prevail.
This will leave no mark on her. As to the unconvicted criminals, they will be destroyed in administrative and civil actions.
Yep, ethics and Marilyn Mosby are like water and oil. They do not mix.
Two words....Summary Judgements
It is an elected office.
ah yes, let’s not forget Harambe the gorilla. The liberals made him an icon, similar to how they revered Cecil the lion last year.
These animal stories help illustrate how crazy liberals can be.
These liberals, who two days earlier had never heard of Cecil the lion, all of sudden were now tearful, and now experts on what hunting and poaching policies should be in African countries such as Zimbabwe.
The media pushed Cecil as a beloved icon of African wildlife. Then actual people in Zimbabwe were asked about this, and they have never heard of Cecil. Cecil was not some national symbol of anything.
And with the gorilla story, liberals who the day before had no knowledge of zoo procedure, were all of a sudden experts on how you should handle a situation in which a child ends up in a wild animal exhibit.
Then she should be impeached!............
It has been a mix of the cases, but she just tried and lost the case thought to have the best chance of any conviction. She also tried one of the arresting officers for false arrest and associated charges which is the weakest of the cases. The hung jury was for a case that is somewhere in the middle. It isn’t just the premise of the charges that are failing in court. The prosecution witnesses have been getting filleted by the defense. This goes beyond having a weak case, the prosecutors’ performance in preparing and presenting has been a train wreck.
