One of the interesting things about craigslist is that it NEVER EVER deletes your posts. They are always there. I have an account that goes back to 2006 and all my posts are there.

Makes one wonder why? Classified are ephemera really.

Who owns them.

So why does Craigslist keep them more than a year?

Aren’t you suppose to go in and delete them yourself?

Strange. Mine get deleted after 45 days if don't delete them myself before then.

Half the time I get ads deleted (flagged) by either some nitwit who thinks I'm selling prohibited items or their "high tech" software picking up something in the ad that raises red flags.

Had ads flagged and removed for selling AK47 Mag Pouches(just the cloth pouches, no mags), Remington and Winchester pocket knives and similar items that are not prohibited but sounded scary.

Craigslist is owned by Ebay so it is run by fools.

One can make money but you have to be creative in your wording when selling certain items.
