Ignore the transgender thing.

Hilary continues to display the same behavior she has had her whole career. She irrationally procrastinates in making decisions. This trait made her lose in 2008. It could make her lose in 20016. However, Republicans have been known to be even more stupid and she might win. Her behavior pattern of procrastination and avoiding the tough decision will make her a lousy commander-in-chief.
