yes and no... most “ordinary” people never get to know such people except externally. the trouble with the system as it is, is that such people are showing themselves to be perpetual pity party throwers. asking to be helped with every legitimate purpose is one thing, asking to be celebrated in pity parties is quite another.

Of course, the "pity parties" come from the whole self-loathing narcissist thing. Gays that are comfortable in their skin don't crave validation from the world to feel good about themselves.

There is no doubt though that people are being hyper-exposed to "gayness", which is why I said every day is gay awareness day. It would be nice to go through a day without hearing some new gay BS.
