David Petraeus, the former director of the CIA and former commander of CENTCOM, published a piece in the Washington Post last Friday entitled “Anti-Muslim Bigotry Aids Islamist Terrorists.”
Wrote Petraeus:
[I am] increasingly concerned about inflammatory political discourse that has become far too common both at home and abroad against Muslims and Islam, including proposals from various quarters for blanket discrimination against people on the basis of their religion.
Petraeus’s target isn’t just Donald Trump’s proposed temporary moratorium on Muslim immigration. He is referring to all speech that some Muslims might find offensive, and this has sweeping and ominous implications.

Petraeus is an idiot. Muslims are offended by the simple fact that we exist. Trying to mollify them is futile. They must be exterminated.
Petraeus doesn’t like the idea of us at least examine what Obama admin had done, just lumps whatever against “it” all as hate speech against Muslims.

Since the tragic events of 911, I have spent more time than I ought trying to understand what many – too many – refer to as the “religion” of Islam.
That has led me to a more intense study of Nazism, Communism, Maoism and other tyrannical political/economic/legal systems.
And THAT has led me to conclude that of those three named above – all of which exacted a terrible human toll – Islam is by far the most dangerous for the reason that, of the four, only Islam holds itself out to be a “religion”.
As fanatical as the Nazis, Communists and Maoists were – and, of those now among us here in America, the communists who now go by “socialist” and “progressive” – the mindless fervor of the more radical Muslims eclipse the others by orders of magnitude.
And what about the “moderate” Muslims? As several authors correctly observed, they are “irrelevant” as they fail to condemn the murderous radicals. And if the radicals succeed in their quest to dominate the world with their “caliphate”, these so called moderates – who profess to embrace the words of the Koran and the verses calling for the murder of the infidel wherever he is found – would quickly swing in behind the crazies to avail themselves of the worldly fruits of their victory.
All of which has caused me – and others who have not been cowed by political correctness into a cowardly and, eventually, deadly silence – to offer that there IS NO RADICAL ISLAM: THERE IS JUST ISLAM and ALL of its adherents pose a threat to those who are not.
THINK ABOUT IT...THEN START RAISING HELL WITH THE PUSSILANIMOUS WIMPS NOW THE RULE AMONG THE POLITICAL ELITES!!

We were frequently advised to be careful with how we communicate toward other people of different cultural backgrounds while in the service. This could just be a “common sense” reminder that we be civil in our engagement with the world.

I was really pissed when the liberal media dubbed the general, “Betrayus,”especially after his success with the surge in Iraq. In terms of his character, turns out they were right.

Self-censor, Muslims win.
When Muslims win, they are insufferable, as if they expected this to be the only right state of affairs in any circumstance. And in their insufferability, they grow ever more angry, more truculent and more demanding of still other concessions.
If you once concede ANYTHING, they make that concession the floor of any future demand, and unless under threat of superior force, will never give back anything of value.
Negotiations are possible only as adversaries armed with at least equal firepower, as they obey no rules of honor with non-Muslims.
Doesn’t help when Obama said this - “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
Now that Trump propose (”suggested”) a change, Petraeus pops up with the idiotic notion that genuflection in surrender is better off for the West.
