Their titles usually imply a theme that applies to multiple characters, since the show hops from one to another. Oathbreakers from the episode could be:

Jon Snow - For leaving and for letting the wildlings through
Alliser Thorne and other traitors - For killing the Lord Commander
Daenarys - For not joining the widows immediately
Smalljon Umber - The Stark bannerman for seeemingly joining forces with Ramsey and giving up Rickon
