The most intellectually lazy argument ever: Trump and Hillary are one and the same!
Heres how it goes every time. Its always the same:
I will not compromise my principles and vote for that man! And if you had any principles, neither would you! I REFUSE TO COMPROMISE!
Im not compromising anything. My principles say Hillary must not be allowed to become president. Like it or not, electing Trump is the only way to stop her.
GOPe to Trump - “Sign this contract saying the you’ll support the Republican candidate.”
GOPe to Media - “We won’t support the Republican candidate.”
Not compromising one's principles is the virtue of integrity. But in the context of voting for president, there will never be a perfect candidate. So, if one doesn't vote, one gives up any opportunity to influence the result, except in a passive way.
#CleverNevers...
And Trump is not the 'lesser' of two evil's' since many of his policies are conservative.
As the MSM/Democrats scorn us daily braying "Donald Trump stands alone" I'm waiting for Cruz to roar "No, not alone." Will he fight for us, or abandon us ?
Now you’ve went an done it. It’s not Wise to mess with the Trumpsters.
You forgot the:
Obligatory #Never Hillary
Personally, I’m sick of this bs from anti-Trump creeps. There may very well be freepers here who will not vote for Trump but they are quiet about it. In other words, they are not out for a fight or smugly asking to be banned. These are people who like and respect Free Republic and wish to remain members. If people want to keep their vote private, they shouldn’t be talking about their vote at all.
I saw one of my least favorite ‘freepers’ over there the other day. One who came in on the Rush threads about six weeks ago claiming she’s been on his thread for years. Since Cruz crashed, she hasn’t been seen again.
Funny how they’re being flushed out, isn’t it?
I guess after they lick their wounds for a while, they’ll either humbly return or forever support Hillary. They hopefully have got the message that supporting Hillary - by NOT supporting Trump - is not welcome, here.
I hope you’re right. There are some freepers - I use the term lightly - who only show up at primary time, never before and never after. I noticed this during the Rick Perry ‘14 primary.
Have a great weekend, Jane!
Exactly...
That tells me all I need to to know....
The “Catholic” blogosphere is full of nevertrumpers. Their argument goes, “If I vote for Trump, I am endorsing divorce and remarriage, and adultery, and gambling, and vulgarity, and greed, and violent rhetoric, etc., etc. Endorsing these things is intrinsically wrong. Therefore, I may not vote for Trump, even if he is running against Hillary. And the Pope says building a wall isn’t Christian.”
Such imbecility is not worth wasting breath on.
Always remember, a vote for Trump and you get some of what you want. Not voting for Trump allows Hillary to be elected and you get none of want you want and a lot of what you are against.
The big picture is that the country is in peril and no other person on our side was able to make it through the primary gauntlet. A Hillary president will end us. Just remember the fascist Hillarycare. Now apply that to every aspect of your life. She was willing to pull a doctor’s license and jail them for treating patients outside of her guidelines. She cannot be allowed in the Oval Office, not even as a janitor.
