Brutal. Shut down Riverside Freeway both directions. “Lot of people stuck in traffic.” Engines off, drivers walking around and general misery. Evil criminal from South Central.

No, no, I would never go that way. I jumped on San Vicente, took it to the 10 then switched over to 405 north, but only briefly, as it dumped me onto Mulholland where I picked up the 10 from there.
Why can’t they just blast em from the helicopter?

Didn’t know why traffic was so light. The Chp must have been shutting it down a few miles down the road.
SWAT team stuck in traffic trying to get to the scene.
Our deepest sympathies to all stuck on the 91 tonight. Mrs. RQSR, and I commuted from Western Riverside county to Carson everyday for eight years. We understand the situation those folks are in tonight. Been there, done that.
Just hearing, he is a murder suspect.

“Been there, done that.” Me, too. Riverside Freeway: ugh. It gets tough. Sadly, this is the best thing on tv and radio in LA right now.
Great chase. I always fantasized about making my way through traffic like that on Eastbound 91. It is a horrible commute after about 2pm.
I also miss the nightly helicopters rattling my windows and lighting up the neighborhood with spotlights pretty much every night.
Well, ok... I also miss the tranny hookers on my street corner, and everyone peeing on my iron gate.
Ah, the good old days!
Those people will be stuck there for hours. Bad news if you need a bathroom break. Some company should be delivering port-a-potties.

What is taking the swat team so long? Take one from riverside then! Or is the jurisdiction still Orange County so they have to get one from there? No access from the south.
