I tune into Beck to witness the meltdown in progress, it’s very enjoyable
‘What gives?’
His sanity I would say.
If you call into Stabby’s show about Obama’s eligibility he will hang up on you and scream about it.
Taking an extreme health risk like talking about 0's eligibility to the office would be stupid. No telling what kind of poisoning one could get from it.
I used to listen to Beck quite a bit. In the early days of the Obama administration he was all over it. He pointed out that his mom was not old enough to convey NBC status, his dad was a British subject, and Barry likely was made a citizen of Indonesia during his upbringing. Beck was good. He drew a million people out to the DC mall who were fed up with the status quo. Somewhere he got lost, but prior to that he was constantly calling out Obama, sadly to no avail.
If Glenn was on active duty in the Army, he’d be given a Section VIII.
beck, it seems rather clear as to why you’re having problems with your entrepreneurial endeavors.
you posted this video becking about layoffs:
and later the same day you posted this video becking cheetos:
A Glenn Beck bashing thread, now here is something you don’t see too often here at FR. I think the last Beck bashing thread was uh... all of 15 seconds ago. Reason and maturity is starting to become a rare commodity around here.
Thank you for posting this.
I started listening to Beck when he was the afternoon drive host for WFLA in Tampa, and I would be heading into town to teach evening classes. I knew then he was destined for greater things; I thought he would become GenX’s answer to Rush, and I think he got there, for a while, perhaps a long while.
Like Beck, I supported Cruz in this campaign. Like Beck, I fear that Trump is either going to revert to his Truman Democrat past, or propel us Julius Caesar-fashion to a post-republic nation. Unlike Beck, I realize that worse than a Truman Democrat is a McGovern Democrat, and that Julius Caesar is better than Queen Athaliah, if they are our only choices—and that is a worst-case-scenario Trump: he may well be the Reagan of the 2010s.
The problem is that Beck has let his fear overcome him. To trust God is to walk in His love, not in the fear of this world (I John 4:18). I confess that I fear for the future, and I fear for my children’s future, and I do not necessarily like handing that future over to a man who is more concerned with deals than he is with principle. But the kingdoms of this world is become the kingdom of our Lord, and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever; it is in Him that I put my trust. If Beck, Mormon or no, could put his trust in the One who hung on the cross, and not the one named after the cross, he would be content, and in that contentment do what he had been doing all those years before his recent difficulties: work with conservatives to make America, not just great again, but America again—to use his own word, restore.
Excellent article, thanks for bringing it to the forum.
Wow, that is some article. Very heartfelt, very precise, very accurate. This is what we need to see more of.
Maybe he knew he was going to support somebody who definitely wasn't born here a few elections later.
Andrea Shea King showed why real conservatives are important. She questions with courage and calmly reports the truth, attributes that once described the resurgent Glen Beck. His fearless search for truth attracted lots of us.
Those of us who investigated the Constitution we had never read carefully to discover how the son of an alien, whose inspiration came from his Communist/Muslim father, could not be questioned by either party? For so blatant a violation of our Constitution and dozens of Supreme Court decisions confirming the U.S. common-law, if we listened carefully, we learned that Barack never claimed to be a natural born citizen. He told us, in an early 2000s radio interview, that he considered the constitution an historical artifact, but no longer relevant. He was always honest about being proponent of a “Living Constitution”, which Glen Beck explained, citing Madison, means no Constitution at all. Obama was ineligible, and his oaths, administered by the living constitutionalist Roberts, dishonest. But he was honest about being a naturalized citizen. The only congressman to questions his eligibility, Nathan Deal, showed the rest what would happen to them if they had the courage to question the ruling mafia; the IRS will drive drain you, or you will resign from Congress, which was Deal’s move. He became Georgia’s governor.
We can guess and guess, but Cruz’ lack of eligibility, and the continuation of the big lie by the media, with a few exceptions, indicates that like Obama’s protection by our own government, Cruz too is a “made man”. The writer’s guess is supported by a pot full of clues, recently a comment by Sheila Jackson Lee when she described the largest database of personal information created by Democrat operatives, that will protect her political allies. As James Carville put it, “follow the money” (I’m sure others used the line, but I’ve liked James’ candor; he does what he does to support Mary Matalin and his children).
Cruz, according to his (and Obama’s) constitutional law professor Larry Tribe, is a “hypocrite” (Tribe’s description), and liar for claiming to be a “Constitutional Conservative. Read Mark Levin’s “Liberty and Tyranny”, p 36..., to learn about who are Constitutional Conservatives. Mark, probably for reason’s similar to Beck’s, has become a Cruz infomercial. The hints are in their past. Cruz was a TPA supporter, and waffled on the TPP, which his wife helped to write. His career is closely linked to his years of work for the Bush family. Levin’s law firm gets its business from Republican mainstream partners. Trump knows about backroom business, and cannot be counted on to redistribute taxpayer productivity to the same big money interests who fund the Florida Keys mortgages of the Rove associates. Trump doesn’t need to bleed what is left of the U.S. workforce to preserve his lifestyle. Trump doesn’t need a Wahhabi CIA Director to protect him, or Wahhabi oversight, Muslim Brotherhood, in the office of his Secretary of State, to maintain the flow skimmed oil profits to our corporations and colleges.
He’s nuts... really. I think he has a mental disorder.
