Cruz is socially clueless enough to be on the autism spectrum. The lying is troubling, though. I’ve had plenty of experience with people on the spectrum and they can be very smart but just miss cues about themselves or others and thus not be able to fulfill societal expectations. I would feel quite bad for Cruz if that were his only problem. If he were just tone deaf and thus appeared rude. But people with high functioning autism know damn well what is truth and what is a bald faced lie. Meaning, even if he does have something on the spectrum, he is still a liar. Autism DOES NOT CAUSE LYING. However, it could perhaps fool the liar that the lies aren’t as obvious as they really are. But he damn well knows he is lying through his teeth. So autism does NOT explain away his behavior.
Methinks you're a bit too worried about that, it's blinding you from seeing some important things.
I was once an avid Cruz supporter, switched in January with no ill feelings towards Cruz, just thought Trump was the better candidate. Yep, see my tag line, then ask why.
Btw, the bashing has been more from the Cruz side originally(with fairly equal pushback from a lot of Trumpsters), why don't you castigate the cruzers for what they did to this site? That's an odd thing, you only blame one side......
It's only since JR said no more that they are gone (zotted), and most of the acrimony is gone here.
Anyway, you might want to think about why your supposed preference for a candidate endorsed Trump, and not Cruz. So far I have to wonder if your story is true, that your first choice was Carson. As I said earlier, all the Carson supporters I personally know now are behind Trump, and I know half a dozen.

He knew what the mood of the country would be and it would be easy for him to capitalize on it.
He never saw Trump coming and also being his number one rival, plus he continually underestimated Trump.
Now that defeat is staring him in the face, he can't accept it and has gone just about totally mental.

I'm afraid all that Cruz has ever been is a schemer, playing on the emotions of a fed up public(the producers, not the deadbeats).

No it isn’t- The trash that is posted nonstop on this site about Ted is disgusting- Hell- these posters even use the National Enquirer garbage and equally idiotic slander sites as their source of trash posts-
I listened to the interview, and she actually lied and he called her on it several times- but to listen to the crux slimers in this and other threads, Cruz is a bumbling idiot and liar- when infact several times throughout the interview she said things like ‘That is correct, that is a fair point’ etc- no matter what Ted says- or how he says something- the slimers will never give him an ounce of credit- and even when it’s clear their candidate will almsot assuredly become the nominee- they can’t even find it in themselves to be a gracious winner- and feel the obsessive need to keep sliming- keep sliming-

It’s a matter of people seeing that trump is looking to be inevitable nominee- and switching their vote- This happens every election season- when it looks like someone is closign in on nominee- they switch to support the other candidate-
People understand that politics is rough and that all candidates stretch the truth- Trump is NOT above doing it himself- so to claim Ted is ‘lyin ted’ is to overlook the same lyin trait of trump- it’s called selective outrage- people with planks in their eyes pointing out splinters in others- A quick google search will reveal more than enough lies and 1/2 truths told by the donald to expose the fact that him calling someone else ‘lyin ted’ is nothign more than the pot calling the kettle black

Just because i first supported Carson, doesn’t mean I will blindly follow his lead. I will make my own decision regarding the candidate i support; I never conceded that decision to anybody, not even Ben Carson.
That’s hilarious. I moved the cursor on the youtube forward and backwards to get a quick measurement of relative speaking times, and Cruz spoke probably 80% of that interview. You are one more deaf supporter of Cruz, who simply will not hear that he is an Establishment player.
Why do you sound so irrational? You make unsupportable proclamations, and some patently false statements...plus you bring up an issue that brands you totally ignorant.
