Cochise County is SE Arizona. My adoptive home of Sierra Vista is there along with Ft. Huachuca and nearby Tombstone. It sounds like this is very near the New Mexico border though.

Southern Arizona. Cochise County borders the Mexican border and has Sierra Vista (Fort Huachuca) as it’s largest city I believe.
I used to live and work there, until the contract ran out.
