I read the edgarcountywatchdogs.com article ,.. interesting article on how wind turbines realized a negative 99.14 % return on investment by FED.gov.
Now they will be removed and replaced with another FED.gov grant for a photo-voltaic system.
I am so glad that taxpayers money is being so wisely spent /s
