Haven’t heard him personally say anything bad about Cruz supporters. Having said that, many (not all) of his supporters are extremely insulting toward Cruz supporters or toward anybody who isn’t a Trump supporter. Again many, not all.
Trump can’t control the masses.
Cruz supporters started that one. The insults against Trump where fine, but Cruz supporters were called me a fascist, racist, women hater, ect long before I said anything about Cruz supporters. Eventually Trump supporters started firing back just as hard. We're not going to take that crap.
The interesting point is I don't think a lot of Cruz supporters realized how insulting they were being. It's almost like mass autism.

I have seen at least as much nastiness from Cruzers to Trumpsters. It’s far from a one way street, and as a former Cruz supporter until January, I’d have to say the Cruzers started and perpetuated it.
Cruz supporters seem to think that because they picture Trump as some kind of ‘insulter’, that makes it okay to insult and belittle his supporters and they should ‘learn to take it’, because they support a guy who supposedly always insults everyone.
Therefore, whatever they say is justified. That’s how it started for me. And I’ve been remarkably restrained (for me) in my response, mostly because I don’t have time to go after people online like I used to.
Yep, heard on the radio that Trump Supporters have poisoned the well, the fear is they can’t shut their mouths and if Trump is the nom that 70% will just stay home.
Exact same can be said of Cruz supporters against trump supporters - Can't say who threw the first stone but it's at least as bad in that direction.
