I don't think conservatives actually care enough for this option to be possible.
I don't think conservatives actually care enough for this option to be possible.
I think conservative patriots in the states Bush won in 2000 and 2004, the South, the Midwest and the Western States (minus CA, OR and WA) would, as Palin says, "rise up" in one way or another. May not be outright CWII, but we shall see.

The fact that Trump has participated in WWE events gave him experience in this area.
A Three or Four-Way Race
The possibility that this would lead to no candidate getting a majority of electoral votes was not considered.
if Hillary Clinton is chosen by the establishment to take Obamas place, the result would probably be outright civil war in the U.S. The level of hatred among conservatives for that woman is so stratospheric I cannot see any other outcome.
If Hillary Clinton is chosen by the voters to be the next president, there is not going to be a civil war. Is she really hated more than Obama? Once upon a time Hillary was a Republican. Undoubtedly there will be calls for her impeachment.
Have a stock of torches and pitchforks at the ready.
From the Ben Carson martial law article:
"Another worrying issue is that Obama has militarized almost every federal agency.
In September of 2013, 70 federal agents in full body armor, carrying M-16s raided one persons gold mining operation in a tiny Alaska town. - They were from the Environmental Protection Agency looking for violations of the Clean Air Act."
"After this incident it was found that Obama had created law enforcement branches in over 70 federal agencies.
It is estimated that there are over 120,000 law enforcement agents in the federal government who are not part of traditional law enforcement branches CIA, FBI, DEA, ATF, DHS, DOJ, and Treasury Dept."
"These law enforcement branches Obama has created are not comprised of just one or two security guards.
Obama has armed these agencies to the teeth. Maj. General Jerry Curry, a 40 year, decorated, military veteran, wrote an op-ed for The Daily Caller pointing out how, in addition to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrations purchase of 46,000 hollow point bullets, - the Social Security Administration (SSA) bought 174,000 hollow point bullets."
In reaction to these purchases, Maj. Gen. Curry said, Hollow point bullets are so lethal that the Geneva Convention does not allow their use on the battlefield in time of war. Hollow point bullets dont just stop or hurt people, they penetrate the body, spread out, fragment and cause maximum damage to the bodys organs. Death often follows. Potentially each hollow nose bullet represents a dead American.
In addition to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrations purchase of 46,000 hollow point bullets, - the Social Security Administration (SSA) bought 174,000 hollow point bullets."
Why would the U.S. government want the SSA to kill 174,000 of our citizens, even during a time of civil unrest? Or is the purpose to kill 174,000 of the nations military and replace them with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) special security forces, forces loyal to the Administration, not to the Constitution?
Curry goes on, In the war in Iraq, our military forces expended approximately 70 million rounds per year. In March (of 2012) DHS ordered 750 million rounds of hollow point ammunition.
It then turned around and ordered an additional 750 million rounds of miscellaneous bullets including some that are capable of penetrating walls.
This is enough ammunition to empty five rounds into the body of every living American citizen.

“Today, elections represent the illusion of choice; that is all.”
I would agree for the most part about this statement. Those of wealth and power manipulate political systems to their advantage. But a believer would say there are spiritual forces that also work towards their goals. When you throw that in the mix you see moments in time that are major turning points. It would seem though throughout history these turning points are far less frequent then those times we have the illusion of choice.
I on my part still believe there are enough good people in this country for its saving grace,
Do you have a link to the full Ben Carson martial law article?
. Congress does have the authority to pass a law postponing federal elections due to emergencies or extenuating circumstances
At this point the Militia comes into play, as far as I’m concerned.
I found this link:

If hillary wins, I’d expect to see a lot of secessionist type movement going on across the country.
It would get weird. In almost every circumstance, supposed real conservative pro-states rights Republican governors have been shills for the invisible hand. Examples....Nicki Haley not defending the Confederate Flag, governors caving on gender-specific bathroom privacy laws, Kasich being a dem passing himself off as a Republican. How many of these backstabbers would side with their population?
The only strange outcome would be if the DC political class lost
Yeah, that will take her down. If see is immune to her current scandals, she won't answer for anything.
