It is funny, no matter how much liberals like to pretend that there’s an separation of church and state vs the reality of an establishment clause (oh, hey SCOTUS, how’s your new religion working out?), the truth is, no court, ever, should say what is and what is not a religion.
A government of the people does not do that.
Hope this one gets tossed... ‘It is not the business of the courts to determine basic educational guidelines, talk to your elected representatives if you want a law changed to suit your mood, case dismissed.’
But they are bound to, aren't they? When evaluating any claim of protection under the 1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ... "
