But they are bound to, aren't they? When evaluating any claim of protection under the 1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ... "
The problem was and continues to be special treatment for some prisoners. Nothing was solved, just an awful precident of a judge determining what is and is not a religion.
All are equal, some are just a bit more equal than others. In prison. *bangs head against the wall*
