Sheer lunacy, blatant disregard for the Constitution.
And if America was still a Nation of Laws the judge would be held accountable for not exercising due diligence and for failing to rule according to the Constitution and precedents.
So the guy’s been a nut all along. He has his own daft interpretation of the constitution and there are no checks and balances.
