and can vote their conscience on the second ballot

This is where I'm having the hardest time. Knowing that *I* would feel morally, ethically obligated to vote for the person that the majority of my state voted for, in ALL ballots, I find it utterly disheartening to know how many selfish people there are in the world... that they would vote for their own personal preference in the second vote, regardless of the will of the people of their state.

I can see that - but then we would just be redoing the first ballot over and over and over again.

And what about the delegates for Rubio? Do they vote for him again on the second ballot?
