And what about the delegates for Rubio? Do they vote for him again on the second ballot?

No, not if Rubio didn’t win the state. On the first ballot, vote as they are bound, but on the second ballot, vote for the candidate that won the state. So if Trump had 30 delegates in a state, and Cruz had 20 in that state, and Rubio had 10 in that state, that’s how they would vote on the first ballot. On the second ballot, all 60 votes would go to Trump.
