The Florida delegation is bound till the third ballot. So regardless of whether they are Rubio or Cruz people, they are bound by law to Trump through the third ballot. That's pretty good compared to some other states.

You've got to get the right persons elected to the chairmanship at your caucuses and beat them at parliamentary procedure.

But, now we know, Cruz, just like everyone else has just been hoping to get the nomination at a contested convention. He has had no realistic mathematical chance for some time.
