I am unable to access this website with Suddenlink, my WiFi provider. The only way I am accessing it now is on my tablet, I had to turn WiFi off and use AT&T. Anyone else being censored?
Yeah, yeah.... real men use DOS EDLIN too. ;-)
Have you got it fixed yet? I can access FR on my WiFi if I put the address 209.157.64.200 in but I cannot log in. I had to switch over to AT&T just to post this. I’m on my tablet right now, my computer wasn’t working earlier either.
I am on an iPad (Verizon provider). I’ve been trying to access FR for 30 minutes now with no luck. Just got in. What’s going on?
How did you solve it?
Thanks please update if you learn anything else.
I’m still having the problem too.
Nope, still getting server not found. Posting from my phone. (I do wish JimRob would give us a mobile version of FR, but I can manage.)

Tech Support: How to log in during FreeRepublic DNS problem (3 easy steps on Windows)
Edit your HOSTS file and you will be able to log in. There was an article about this earlier today...
Probably just a dry run for full censorship when either of the two communists (b or c) is given the WH by their RNC partners.
My FR bookmarks don’t work on ATT. Had to go to the FR Facebook page and clicked on a link in the post about the DNS issue to get here.
I remember way back when FR would go offline and everyone thought it was the government finally silencing it.
Again, I am not writing for you. Again, I understand what you are talking about. Again, I agree with you. Again, and finally, aside from you and me, there are about seven other posters on FR who can understand you. The rest of FR members never look under the hood. So talk to your audience, resist showboating your expertise or you will lose your audience. I posit readers can relate to what I rather simply said vs. your coherent and correct explanation.
Thanks.
