Won’t fly. When you win the election, you should receive the delegates. Period. Anything less is stealing, and yes, Cruz and the other GOPe (of which he is now undeniably a member) are trying to steal an election from Trump.
Trump will go to the convention with more than 10 million votes. His closest rival with maybe-—MAYBE-—60% of that.
I will say again: if trump has 1237 and doesn’t get the nomination, there will be outright rebellion and the end of the GOP. If he is very close (say, 50 delegates) and doesn’t get it, ditto. I think for there not to be a mass walkout he has to be significantly short-—over 200.
The GOPee (as "the other half" of the Uniparty) doesn't care if they become irrelevant...as long as they can continue feeding at the trough of DC Money.
That's why they don't care if they are seen stealing the nomination from Trump - it doesn't matter to them how obvious it is to us.

One Trump supporter managed to reply to all reasonable supporters of the columnist’s view in a most convincing manner.
As someone who would like to see the entire GOPe selling pencils on street corners, I fail to see how they are actually hurt by us abandoning the Party.
As long as they are in the Cheap Labor pipeline, and the manila envelopes stuffed with cash continue to fly in over the transom; we can all go to blazes for all THEY care. They no longer even NEED our money. They’ll accept it, but they don’t need it. The Fat Cat donors have that covered

As to how many voted for Trump, that has zero bearing on the convention. 2/3rds of Primary voters DID NOT vote for Trump. Its delegates, not votes.
The GOPe are panicking because people are waking up and becoming disgusted watching the Bush, Romney, Rove, Soros approved cabal attempt to obtain something through deception, deceit, duplicity, deviousness, underhandedness, subterfuge and chicanery what the people did not choose to give them directly,

Maybe if Trump didn't spend half his time tweeting inane and stupid comments on Twitter and had his "best in the world" people actually read the rules for each state GOP delegate rules, he would need to whine...
