Any real man would be outraged and immediately begin legal action if alleged to have committed such acts and trashed his wife and family by doing so.

Americans would accept the righteous indignation and fully comprehend the necessity for a man to do so. If these are lies, taking strong and concrete steps to smash these allegations would blow them off the radar and into the shadows.

Why has this not been done? It is very confusing how timid Cruz has been and how quick to blame Trump when Cruz has no believable evidence that Trump is behind this.

I haven’t been inclined to believe the allegations, simply because I just don’t see Cruz as being all that motivated in that direction. But, banging the table instead of categorically denying it does come across as sort of weak, especially from a lawyer who would know when to bang the table and when to categorically deny.

Because the Cruz camp knew this would come out and has been planning the response carefully. That is why his campaign manager purchased the rights for the Melania photo from GQ - so they could run it in ads without concern of copyright. Yes, it has been documented that HE purchased the photo rights, so it is absolutely BS for Cruz to say he knew nothing about it.

By leading in with a glancing blow at Trump’s wife, it is now a realistic and easy sell to point their finger and yell “TRUMP” at the top of their lungs and it takes the unpleasant glares off of Cruz and directs them at the spiteful and vengeful Trump. It is all a ploy and the Cruz-bots can’t see the forest for the trees.

Isn't that exactly what Bill Clinton did?

A woman on Fox News this morning confirmed that the story has been in the media’s hands for “months” now. She also confirmed that it was initially shopped around by both Rubio’s people and some “anti-Trump” people. She said the anti-Trump people were ALSO anti-Cruz people, but they were definitely not pro-Trump people. She also said it was unclear how the info got into the hands of the National Enquirer, but it has been in the hands of media for months, so it is not new news.

Amanda Carpenter, one of the alleged women, deleted everything from her Twitter feed prior to March 1, 2016. A couple days ago, she had posts going back to at least April 1, 2014 (the tattoo posts), which I saw myself.
