That is why his campaign manager purchased the rights for the Melania photo from GQ - so they could run it in ads without concern of copyright. Yes, it has been documented that HE purchased the photo rights, so it is absolutely BS for Cruz to say he knew nothing about it.

By leading in with a glancing blow at Trump’s wife, it is now a realistic and easy sell to point their finger and yell “TRUMP” at the top of their lungs and it takes the unpleasant glares off of Cruz and directs them at the spiteful and vengeful Trump. It is all a ploy and the Cruz-bots can’t see the forest for the trees.

Totally agree with your assessment.

Read somewhere today that the actual photographer of the Melania photo may be suing because he has some kind of clause about how his photos are used.

That's great if the purchase has been documented. Please post a link, not twitter and not Conservative Tree House, which documents the parties of the transaction.

Have been looking for days for an indication of the original source for this allegation.
