I hear about Cruz all the time on Christian radio. One thing I never hear on Christian radio is that’s it’s okay to give less than 1% of my income.

If you’re the author of this article, do you donate less than 1% to your church? Is it okay to do so?

I was hearing all the great things Ted wanted us to know. He didn’t want us to know that he gave less than 1% to his church. I wonder if there is more he doesn’t want us to know.

If voting for Cruz did not mean a cross vote for the likes of Glen Beck, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, Lindsey Graham, and all their little dogs too, I would.

In fact until it became clear that glen beck is attached at Ted's hip, I was very willing to support him.

Adding the others which I can't wait to get rid of, made it damn near impossible to vote for him.

Why on earth would I help them stick around?

You just don’t get it. There is no trust. So because there is no trust, none of his positions matter. He is an establishment tool, working for globalism and GS.

I have judged Ted Cruz by what I've seen with my own eyes since he began his campaign.

I would never have thought that I would see Ted Cruz play the race card against a political opponent, knowing that the charge was totally false.

That was the first big warning sign that Cruz was not as he seemed.

Then came the canceled Trump rally, the violent organized criminal thuggery, and Cruz's famously tone-deaf and opportunistic response to it.

Those two missteps combined to teach me everything I needed to know about Ted Cruz: he is loyal only to his own self-interest, which now includes an insatiable desire to become the GOP nominee in any way possible, even by jumping into bed with the GOPe, which he now has done.

He sold his soul. To those who favor the GOPe, I'm sure he attracted more support. To those who see what the GOPe really is, it led, appropriately, to concern and disgust.

I'll still support Cruz if he's the nominee, but I will not in any way work towards his nomination.

And Ted Cruz can't win the GOP nomination by having the most delegates; now, he can only win with the help of GOPe shenanigans at the convention.

And that kind of stunt, my fellow Patriots, will guarantee that Hillary wins the White House...

Ted Cruz has never been an establishment candidate

Only because he is an unlikable person, not because his resume is not establishment.

I don’t think it’s possible to make sense to Trump supporters. They are beyond help. It’s like trying to calm a rabid pit bull.

Ted Cruz is 100% for our rights and has proven it time and time again. He is a self-made man that put himself through school, became one of the top students in decades and he could be filthy rich with a law practice. Instead, he has followed his dream and that dream has been to be a public servant. He is living that dream. As a Director at the FTC, as Solicitor General for Texas and as a Senator, he has served the people.

These are great accomplishments. However, most of them point to him being a good candidate for attorney general, not president.

What I cannot understand is the total disrespect for a great man who has given so much for this country.

What has he given for our country?

Every time I see someone say “Lyin Ted” I am hurt as an American and as a Christian that people would be that cruel; that false.

Rubio and Kasich liked to invoke this christian theme that we should treat people with respect. However, they routinely voted for policies that treated certain segments of this country poorly.

Ted rafael cruz is a sitting senator, is he not?

He supports the infolding of illegal invading immigrants,
does he not?

He has vocally mirrored Trump ideas, but did not
evoke them first, has he?

No sir, I am not voting for an immigrant’s son,
a former President’s dyke wife, or a self-loathing,
self-professed Communist Jew, or lastly, a
delusional son of a postman from Ohio.

I am voting for Donald J. Trump, the WASP.

Here we go, the claim that Ted Cruz and his followers are pure and Christian. There is no evidence that Cruz is Christian and the behavior of his followers is anything but Christian.

As for the claim that Cruz is conservative, I used to think so. But look at his endorsements lately. Glenn Beck, Rick Perry, Neil Bush and JEB BUSH. All four are very leftist and establishment.

I will come out and be honest. I’m not thrilled about the endorsement of Chris Christie for Trump either. But at least I’m honest about it.

Cruz supporters could stand to learn some humility and manners.

...because God has put it on my heart to make this appeal to you...

No, I don't think He has.

If it were actually what YOU want and desire God's blessing on it: how would you know the difference?

First, let me dispel some myths that are just so far off yet; seem to be propagated across social media. Ted Cruz is not a globalist and has always fought for the sovereignty of our country. His wife, Heidi is not a globalist and the smears against her were created by the John Birch Society and used by his opponent in his race for the Senate. You can read about it here in this article; Anatomy of a Smear – Heidi Cruz.

Hey foolish idiot! The John Birch Society did not make Heidi Cruz the Director for the Western Hemisphere on the National Security Council in the Bush administration or make her join the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) to coauthor a paper recommending ways to enhance our so called "North American Union" and meld our economic systems for New World Order assimilation.

Now you can try to dispel the fact that you are a globalist tool and a used putz. Do I sound mad? You Cruz maniacs cannot accept reality.

And furthermore, Cruz was born in Canada and will never get the vote of a Constitutional Patriot!

The author makes a big appeal to Trump supporters to just listen, to be open minded. He says we’re not stupid.

I read the whole thing and was half expecting the author to offer his ear in return. To offer to be open minded in return. To reciprocate by listening as we argue our case.

But that offer never came. This is a one sided appeal. An appeal to Trump supporters to finally take a pause and listen to reason. To stop being wrong and be willing to be right, like the author thinks he is.

This is the same condescending crap all over again. The author is so damn sure he (and Cruz) represent the side of truth and we are lost sheep.

Get a grip! Cruz may be a conservative, lately I have my doubts, but even if he is, he preaches to his choir and has no game against the leftist majority. They will chew him up and spit him out. His debate team arguments won’t make a dent - the leftists use lies and tricks and psych ops against conservatives and logic and reason are as ineffective as the British in the American Revolution, marching in straight lines with bright red coats, saying ready, set, go, before getting shot.

Trump is smart enough and practical enough that he may actually do some real damage to our enemies on the left. He may tear down their cloak of politically correct speech and discredit their blatant pandering to naive idealism and reveal how bankrupt and corrupt their agenda really is.

That is why I support Donald Trump.

If, as a Bible believing Christian,(as he claims to be) then he must also believe that God personally anoints our leaders and they are there by His will - even Obama. Which makes his plea a bit hypocritical.
