There can only be a Trump-Trump ticket.

Everyone else is a neocon, cuckserervative, globalist, establishment puppet owned by Sachs.

why call “troll?” Because he is a Cruz supporter wondering about the truth?

I kinda agree. I think someone like Scott Walker will be called, and Cruz will have a card for the first spot opening on the Supreme Court, which Trump will appoint him to the job that he fits better into.

Maybe “like” Walker (not sure what that means exactly).

But it won’t be Walker...Walker got a campaign gift from Cruz and he was very nasty towards Trump when he suspended his campaign. He is towing the GOPe line...Just like Ryan and Priebus—his fellow cheeseheads.

Wow, someone has a different choice for President than you so of course let’s be childish and insulting. I can’t wait for the convention and election to be over so hopefully people will start acting like adults again.

I’d vote for Trump/Cruz or Cruz/Trump. Best possible outcome - 16 years of guys I can support in the WH.

Don’t deal with what ifs? You mean an adult never considers a future consequence, researches the best option, lives by a standard or consults with “great people” but should just do what others are doing? Sounds like a plan.

think that Trump is the real outsider, and Cruz just plays the role.

Cruz has 20 years of actions to back it up. Opportunist Trump could easily just be saying what we want to hear, since we have a strong history of getting people elected recently who turn on us once in office.

Well, I might beg to differ on last 20 years of Cruz actions But his recent actions are what have me concerned.

He sided against free speech on Friday and he has taken in the Jeb Bush campaign staff in past couple weeks. Unfortunately, I think he has now moved over to the side of GOPe

Aint’ going to happen. Cruz has way too many negatives for Trump. He’ll scare of the independents and the blue collar dems that Trump is cultivating.

>> No, there will be a bloodbath. Thanks to Cruz supporters

Those are the ones who will be crucified, including many longtime FReepers.

Amazing that 80% of posts are adjectives instead of nouns and verbs.

That might be the only way to avoid a bloodbath.

I think that ship has sailed. It just remains to be seen if it's going to be literal or figurative.

What exactly have Cruz and the Republican party done to advance conservatism, Christianity, the middle class or America in the past 20 years?

They couldn’t even stop funding planned parenthood.

I’ll vote Cruz tomorrow, but I imagine I’ll vote Trump if he’s the nominee.

This Texan voted for Cruz as Senator and voted for Cruz for President.

Cruz is a U.S. Citizen as most of us here are.

I am just dumbfounded that people are even considering voting for a dang New York yankee.

As long as either Trump or Cruz is the nominee, I’ll vote for it. If it’s not, I’ll look up whoever is the Constitution Party nominee like I did in 2008.
