London Telegraph ^ | March 12th, 2016 | reasonmclucus

It’s probably too late for Republicans to keep Donald Trump from getting the Republican presidential nomination. There is a remote possibility that Gov. John R. Kasich could defeat Trump if Sen. Marco Rubio and Sen. Ted Cruz dropped out and threw their support to Kasich

Anybody purporting to have ideas at this late stage of the game, is going to look like they are copying Trump or flip flopping or both.

The only way to stop trump is to win more delegates than him. With NY, Nj and others coming up its not going to happen.

“Hmmmmmm no.”

I could see Rubio supporters backing Kasich. I don’t see Trump supporters backing Kasich.

That is why the GOPe is losing, they have no ideas

Instead of saying what they stand for, they blast the airways that they are not Trump and Trump is bad

But Trump is the only one with ideas

Plus they are even more afraid of him implementing his ideas. Not because they wouldn’t work, because he would make them all look bad, three decades of nothing and all of sudden this guy named Trump does three decades worth of work in 100 days.... That has to hurt.

Love these stories. It reminds me of Hitler in the bunker, just hoping for that miracle. A wonder weapon, a Wehrmacht unit that finally succeeds in holding the line,,, something.
There MUST be a way! lol

“Sorry, no acceptance for a bigot and misogynist.”

Bigot? Explain. NO other campaign comes close in being so widely diverse. If you perform, you’re golden. That way in his business too.

“Sorry, no acceptance for a bigot and misogynist. Sad that so many on here are fine with it. Pure idiocy.”

It’s looking like the next four years won’t be much fun for you around here. Try not to turn yourself into zot bait before November.

Not the only way. If Rubio and Kasich get out NOW, Cruz is your nominee.

And then cruz will sell us out just like he did on TPA, the corker bill, and now blm. No thanks, I will never vote for that POS. At least hillary will say fu to your face, cruz does it behind your back.

Mighty lot of ifs in your desperation path for Ted.

It’s also based upon the huge assumption that Ted is only behind because he’s splitting votes with two other candidates.

I see a lot of Cruz supporters making that claim, but it’s based on nothing but pure supposition and wishful thinking.

If Ted needs two other candidates to leave the race so he can step up to Trump, then he’s not strong enough to win on his own. If he was really as strong as you think he is, he’d already be winning. Like Trump is.

I am just glad they are calling for Cruz to drop out. About time he slithers back to DC. Rubio has even less delegates. We would do well having Rubio as last rat standing. Trump easily pulverizes him.

The only way to beat Trump is to beat him in ideas.

Trump was never about ideas.

How many states is Kasich actually on the ballot? He has no chance at all.

November 8th is not a closed party national primary or caucus so no sale for Cruz. He’s been exposed as an establishment stooge. You don’t bring on the Bush money team if you’re an insurgent candidate. Most Republican voters know now Cruz is a fraud and if he were in the White House it’s business as usual for the globalists and their cronies because they OWN Ted Cruz big time!

I’ve seen this before. In 1992 with Perot. Lots of people were excited and new voters were on board. But Perot was destroyed by the machine.

Now, people will say Perot went nuts. Lots of people are saying Trump is nuts.

Bottom line, I don’t believe they will allow Trump to be president. God, I pray I’m wrong!
