I didn't stay home. I don't think most faithful Republicans did, in places where they were the difference. If Romney had made an issue out of Benghazi (1) it would've brought votes to him and (2) hillary would've been destroyed politically. If he had gone after the lower 47% he would've turned enough minority votes to turn some states. It would be interesting to know why Romney threw the election.

I held signs for Trump this past weekend. It was at a busy intersection south of Cleveland. We got positive response from blacks and other minorities passing by. A group of Hispanics came by who were planning Trump events in their inner city communities.

What's my point? Those are Trump voters. Romney didn't even try to get them to vote for him.

My point is not that DT might be able to pull some votes from minority communities, it is, what is he saying to get elected, and what will his governing priorities be? He promises more than a dem! The positions that he is advocating, irrespective of his promises about the borders, are straight out of the dem platform.

I don’t think that Romney threw the election. He didn’t inspire the base, and the MSM crucified him with that 47% comment. We crucified him for being a moderate.

Don’t think that DT is going to get a pass from the MSM. The hits will start and keep on coming as soon as the general starts, and there is lots of great stuff for them to refocus the narrative on Donald.
