Thanks weird. According to the court order the FBI ADMITTED that Apple does NOT have the software developed at this time to defeat the security/encryption system of the newer Apple communication devices. The court order specifically requests/orders that Apple CREATE software for the defeat of their security system. In order to hack into this one phone, Apple would be creating software that could hack into ALL newer Apple devices. In essence creating a ‘bug’ in their system. Not something you’d want to do if your attempting to sell communications devices based on ‘absolute security’.

True enough.... Apple might never admit to it, and they might well lie and say it’s impossible to do, but I’ll bet my next paycheck that they CAN do it, and more than likely already have a way to do it.
