n what must seem to be a little glimmer of hope for those people who fear a Donald Trump presidency, CNN reported that the first national poll taken since the famous Trump debate meltdown that Ted Cruz has edged ahead of the mercurial real estate tycoon in a national survey. Cruz enjoys the support of 28 percent of Republicans, with Trump just behind with 26 percent. Marco Rubio comes in third with 17 percent. Trump is still far ahead in the South Carolina poll in advance of the primary and a number of other states.

Nice graphic, where is that from, Huffington Post? Sorta hypocritical to laugh at WSJ/NBC when getting graphics from HuffPost.

Translation: "Nate Silver agrees with me."
Ugh, okay. If anything this suggests that Trump needs to keep the pedal down. If I were he, I would spend some money slamming Cruz, just for fun.
Another possible explanation for Trump's decline in the new NBC/WSJ poll is an increase in "very conservative" Republican voters from January's sample.
They even put a qualifier out on their own poll.
Trump is still melting down, imagine wanting to sue Cruz because of an ad that shows Trump giving an interview giving his opinion on abortion.
This poll is amazingly similar to that mysterious internal poll that supposedly Jeb Bush campaign passed around all week. It was posted here at least 5 times.
And everybody loves Ted....
5? You missed a few posts...
“Trump should pull out now; no one likes him.
He would make a good Commerce Secretary for President Cruz”
No he wouldn’t.
Maybe the guy that writes Trump’s talking points would but not Trump.
When Trump gets off his prepared talking points on any subject he is pretty much lost.
The next time Trump yells that I wish someone would flash a you tube video in front of him of the Trump - Russert interview.
Trump even lies when the evidence is stunningly so. No wonder he is slipping.
This one may just set a new record for redundant threads.
Hope someone counts them
Yeah, and doesn’t Murdock of FoxNews control the WSJ?
This NBC/WSJ Poll is just Murdock pulling Trump’s chain.

Thank you. You can translate Texas pretty good. :)
That is what the man implied in his chat today. Yes, I do agree with Nate Silver.
.
Give up.
Trump is last weeks fish heads laying out in the sun.
.
400 Likely Voters?
Yeah, but how many people did they call to get the numbers they wanted?
Yes correct
