There is one distinct difference between Trump and the rest of the GOP presidential field in regards to attacking each other and that is once the nomination is attained, Trump is the only one who would continue the attacks towards whoever is the Democrat nominee. The rest of the GOP will fold lest they be accused of being mean or unfair. Isn’t that the way it always happens?

Yes, you are exactly correct, Trump has always said he would repeal Obamacare, but you are leaving out the rest of the sentence. He has said and continues to say "repeal and replace". In fact, he was just recently attacking Cruz, saying he had no heart, we can't let people die in the streets. So yeah, we know he wants to repeal it, but just what exactly would he be replacing it with?

Oh I don't know.... but I do know the name calling has about lost the appeal. Do you disagree? He can call people names now and it gets very little press. 6 months ago he compared Carson to a child molester, he called Jebby low energy, he said rand paul and Fiorina were ugly, called Cruz mean and nasty... and on and on. The novelity has worn off of name calling. He'll move on to something outrageous to do so he can get attention.

Anything to avoid actually discussing details of policy. He can't do that because he can't get in the weeds. He operates at 30,000 feet. That's who he is.
