Cruz does not say this about Hillary or Obama! This is the second time he talked about Trump's finger on the button.

Until we know, it is lie to say it is single payer. Nobody will vote for somebody who would allow people to die in the street. Sorry we are not North Korea......yet.

Ok, first, let's dispense with the straw man in the room. No one, and I repeat, No One, is advocating letting people die in the streets. Of the three top candidates at this juncture, Cruz, Trump, Rubio, only one has ever said they could support a single payer system. That would be Trump. Now before you launch on me, yes, I know, that was 10-15 years ago, people change, positions change, we get it.

If there is a current policy position that you can point me to, where he unequivocally states that he is not now, or ever will, advocate that position, then I think that we are all within our rights to have some lingering doubts as to whether or not he will shift towards that stance again. I know for certain where Cruz stands, I have a pretty good idea where Rubio stands, not so sure where Trump stands. And attacking Cruz from the left on this issue certainly does not bode well.

Gee, not that long ago Cruz was hiding behind The Donald. A regular Canadian viper he is

I've got to confess, I LOVE election humor when we get such fun names like the Bubble Boy, the Canadian Viper and the New York NUKER. I can't wait to see what nickname they come up with for Chris Christie

I never noticed the Canadian Viper hiding behind the New York Nuker. Cruz's campaign has been run with a "hold your fire til you see the whites of their eyes" strategy.........while Trump's strategy seems to be "let's go berserker on everyone around us".

We shall see if either one of them can "close the deal" by the end of the nomination cycle.

Well you are right about the Trump campaign that they have not put out policies quite yet. Again the reason I am supporting him is straight in America and I don’t think Cruz or Rubio can do this.......Cruz with Iran President.....I can see the Iranian President flicking his nose and Cruz would be so shocked he wouldn’t know what to do......he is pretty geeky....when he discusses strength I can’t take him serious. I have never found metrosexual very strong especially as a President. Yuk. We will be learning more about Trump’s policies on Saturday night. I think we will like them.

It’s more like a Monty Python skit every hour. Cruz, Trump and Carson are all wearing clown shoes. With the media helping in spades, they’ll all sabotage themselves and each other out of the running, and Rubio and Yeb will actually have a crack it.

Which is exactly what the various powers-that-be want. And we get status quo and the country keeps going to hell. And I don’t even know if I can get behind any of these guys at this point. What a circus.

I didn’t want a circus. I wanted substance. Where the hell did I get THAT idea? /s

It would be a whole lot funnier if the stakes weren’t so high. I think we’re on the precipice...or maybe we’ve over it and just don’t fully realize it yet.

I don’t think Obama should ever have been allowed near the WH - he had a Kenyan (communist) father. And look what that got us. I don’t mind calling him a traitor although he probably just thinks of himself as a Citizen of the World. The founders saw the future and we stupidly ignored them.

What fools we are.

You have been here since 2004, this will be your fourth presidential election cycle here. You know as well as I do what happens here every cycle, we get inundated with newbies that are actually surrogates, they use this site for their campaigns, posting articles, trolling threads, this is nothing new.

To paint this as some nefarious scheme is ludicrous on it's face, it is what it is, and is easily seen through. If you don't think that there aren't a lot of Trump's people here doing the same thing, then you aren't paying attention. They are all here, because they know the power of this site. As far as Palin goes, endorsements mean squat to me, I vote for the candidate, not the surrogate. The only endorsement that would sway me would be from Christ himself, and I don't see him coming in the clouds to weigh in on this election. We are on our own on this one.

As a side bar, I find it interesting that you support Trump, considering his stance on Kelo, and the brief history you give in your reply. To each his own, I guess. We all have our reasons for who we support, and we haven't had a perfect candidate since Washington, so I get it. It is officially wabbit season, after all...

I posted a link to his direct quote.

Nice try, you'd have more credibility if you were quoting MAD magazine.

Thanks Kush, I actually do appreciate your posts and your point of view. I have stated many times in over the past few months that I have reservations about Trump. And you are correct I have been here through several presidential elections and things do tend to get contentious. To me this time seems much worse than normal. The poor moderators must be pulling their hair out trying to keep the peace.

I guess which side you feel is worse may depend largely on who you are supporting. ; ) But I have to say as someone who had some difficulty deciding which candidate to support the negative posts mostly pushed me in the opposite direction than they were intended. This was especially true after people started attacking Sarah Palin. Many of these posts were completely untrue character assassination. If she had endorsed the other guy the same people would be praising her and endorsing her as his running mate. I find this kind of disingenuous BS very disturbing.

As someone who has been involved with numerous politicians over the years... some endorsements mean nothing and some mean everything. It all depends on who is doing the endorsing. Sarah Palin’s endorsement means a lot to me.

Nope—Trump might nuke ISIS but not Copenhagen. He’s an egoist not a fool. Same thing was said of Ronald Reagan. We are being set up folks—its to be Rubio thrust down out thoats—watch—The fix is in.

You’re so full of crap.

You know he said it.

You where caught in yet another lie, something you do often and then have the nerve to say it is everyone else lying.

It all came from Trump on Larry King Live. A fact.

Here’s exactly the same quote from other sources:

Wednesday, Cruz said,.... “You know, my girls are five and seven and I got to tell you, Caroline and Katherine are better behaved than a presidential candidate who responds by insulting everyone everyday when he loses.”...

As I see it nobody has pushed back on Trumps insults and behavior....not the media...not politicians...not anyone and that’s why this utter nastiness has been unleashed on FR and other social media. This was not the case before Trump. And I’m not referencing the points he’s made....I’m referencing his very character traits, his behavior, the constant flow of nothingness and fluff he puts out there....along with the trash mouth he is never called to account on.

Therefore ...”as a leader” supposedly , this junk talk has been unleashed on practically every site and even by the pundits.

So what is it?......I don’t by any longer it’s the American peoples anger.....as that’s no excuse for the foul mouths and rants we’re hearing from posters we don’t even know here and those we do.....what is it that’s reached the dark side of people pretty much across the nation, to mimic such a horrid example of a man as Trump, who surpassed being a bold man to something else altogether.

Whatever it is it’s sinister and does not indicate to me a good man in Trump....quite the opposite when something as this is unleashed by one man.....and accepted as ok.
